The highlight of an evening at the DuPage Theatre was seeing the magnificant lamps that lighted your way or provided that special effect to make the evening special. Beautiful star lamps provided light in the auditorium from the side walls, while glodes provided gentle lighting in the outer aisles. The Spanish mission motif on either side of the stage displayed bell lamps, while the faux balconies glowed with their own special lamps. The night sky on the ceiling of the auditorium was lit with small lamps, some of which flickered occassionaly.
